Section 107-111 Provision of Information
The following form is to be completed in full and submitted to us. You will then be issued with the relevant Strata Companies bank details for payment.
Please find below the relevant section within the Strata Titles Act relating to information to be supplied by the owner for pre-sales disclosed
90% if not all of the information required for pre sales disclosure has been provided to you previously and is also made available at anytime to you within your portal.
This request must be made by the lot owner. If you have directed authority from the owner then please submit accordingly below.
